The group is highly capitalised, family-owned and operates its own globally recognised luxury hotel brand, with a reputation for design excellence and long-term asset management. /p pThey are currently delivering one of the most complex and prestigious hotel developments in Venice, involving the restoration of historic structures alongside new-build construction on a lagoon-facing site. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Fit‑Out Manager will be responsible for the on‑site delivery of all interior works during the main fit‑out phase, ensuring design intent, quality and programme are maintained to the highest luxury hotel standards. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role, working closely with the Project Director and wider consultant team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all interior fit‑out works including builder’s works and MEP coordination /li liEnsure luxury design intent is fully realised on site /li liLead coordination of mock‑ups, RFIs, design changes and contractor queries /li liConduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and compliance /li liAct as the key on‑site interface between international designers and local contractors /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liBackground in architecture, interior design or design‑led construction /li liProven experience delivering luxury hotel interiors (high‑end residential considered) /li liStrong on‑site construction and coordination experience /li liFluent Italian and good‑fluent English /li liWilling to be site‑based in Venice /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
