\nIntro A Tech Rep Supervisor (Technical Representative, also referred to as Functional User Rep or Business System Engineer) represents operations towards IT, and IT towards the operations assuring operational requirements are supported by our UPS' IT systems while safeguarding operational requirements follow global IT standards.\n

What you'll do
\n
- As a Tech Rep Supervisor (also referred to as Functional User Rep or Business System Engineer ) you possess strong analytical and business process modelling skills. You analyze business requirements, translate it to the systematical process, test and support implementation of healthcare supply chain solutions into our Warehouse Management system.
- You will receive extensive training on these applications and be trained on healthcare process compliance. This will enable you to support implementation on our new System solution, identify and implement operational improvements, act as the 1st point of contact for operational IT questions.
- We expect a high level of autonomy in the projects you work on, in which you work closely together with our clients, Tech Reps for other UPS applications, Industrial Engineering, IT, QA, Operations and Project Management. You will be working for the UPS Healthcare global business unit.

What you'll need
\n
- Education: Preferably a Bachelor in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or related engineering;
- Experience: At least 3+ years in a role as industrial engineer, logistic specialist or consultant in a supply chain management environment.
\nExperience in business requirements engineering, functional and user acceptance testing.\n
Experience in Healthcare Logistics is a big plus.
\n
- Competencies: strong knowledge of operational methods and procedures in a supply chain management environment and knowledge of SCM systems (OMS, WMS, TMS). You have the ability to determine and review various solutions and can translate these into business requirement documents.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Be able and willing to travel
- Knowledge: excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. MS Visio experience is preferred as well. Excellent communication skills (English and Italian). SQL and MS Access knowledge preferred.
