Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in the morning with a smile and provide fast, courteous service.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Take special orders and serve food and beverages at tables when needed.
- Keep the breakfast area clean, tidy, and organized.
- Work closely with the team to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in breakfast service is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong guest-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Good command of [English / local language].
