Regional Manager Italy[Ideally located in Marche/Abruzzo, Rimini, Bari, Foggia, or Roma]THE GOALThe aim of the Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, our retail partners, and our points of sale. This role is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of kiosks to ensure operational excellence across the network.Reporting to the Head of Regional Managers, you will be focused on:Driving like‐for‐like sales performanceBuilding strong and consistent relationships with franchise partners and retail storesUsing internal tools to analyse performance, identify weaknesses, and detect opportunities for growth and improvement in your regionWORKING RELATIONSHIPSDepartment: Regional ManagementReporting to: Head of Regional ManagementDirect reports: NoneCollaborating with: Franchise Partners, Retail Partners, Head of RM, Country Manager, Quality, Marketing, Finance, Partnership, Owned KiosksTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS80% of your time will be spent in the field supporting points of saleTravel by car, train, or plane may be requiredDepending on the size of your region, overnight stays (1–2 nights/week) may occurWHAT YOU DOPerformance ManagementGuarantee the performance delivery of each point of sale in your regionCoach and support franchise partners to operate efficiently and maximise profitabilityImplement company policies, quality standards, marketing initiatives, and regulatory/legal proceduresEnsure smooth communication between head office and sales outletsMake customer satisfaction the priority of all point‐of‐sale actionsAct as the key contact for retailers at local and regional levelsManage renewal of existing contracts with retailersShare insights on market trends, new retail concepts, and competitorsDriving PerformanceYou will actively manage kiosk KPIs, including:Like‐for‐Like sales performanceRange/variety analysis & correct product mixWaste management to maximise availabilityTOP 20 best‐seller availabilityAverage transaction valueMarketing campaign participation (target > 90%)Product quality checks (visual, weight)Recipe compliance (COGS control)Hygiene standardsUniform & PPE complianceAdditional responsibilities:Ensure production management techniques are used to grow revenuesDeploy proactive sales activities (minimum 2 tastings/day + customer interaction)Support and implement sales training programmesOrganise internal sales competitions to boost engagementEnsure franchise partners complete sales, customer experience, and tasting training on the e‐learning platformRETAIL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTShare business updates with retail partners (sales, marketing, quality, NPD, initiatives)Conduct 1–2 business reviews per retailer each yearRepresent Sushi Daily at local level and communicate key updatesWork closely with retailers to protect brand consistencyFRANCHISE PARTNER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTVisit each franchise partner once per monthRecord all visits in GEMBAGain partner trust and support their professional satisfactionCoach partners on business optimisation during visitsConduct bi‐annual business reviews with follow‐up action plansEnsure compliance with global contract agreementsIntroduce new partners to retail management effectivelySign‐off new franchise partners to ensure readinessEnsure training on store regulations has been completedSupport documentation creation for kiosk operationsImplement actions from Partner Survey results & CEO Listening SessionsBRAND EXCELLENCEConduct monthly store visitsCarry out monthly product quality checks (food & packaging)Coach partners on corrective measures where neededEnsure correct deployment of marketing campaigns (target > 90%)Ensure global quality and operational standards are respectedEnsure compliance and product/standards training is completedThis is a summary of typical job functions and may not include all responsibilities.ABOUT USKellyDeli, founded in 2010, is an innovative and fast‐growing food retail and restaurant company.
