Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers. /ph3Job Purpose and Impact /h3pJunior Dairy Management Consultant Purina will help sell the company's portfolio of technical and non-technical products, services, and solutions to dairy customers through distributor channels in Cremona and Brescia areas. You will assist in assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions with guidance. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliContribute to developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals, and participate in product demonstrations. /liliIdentify and contact prospective customers, building relationships for future sales and repeat business. /liliWith basic knowledge of products and market, help assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. /liliPlan daily activities, including customer visits and setting objectives to achieve. /liliMonitor market and competition trends, passing information to senior staff. /liliHandle basic issues under supervision, escalating complex problems appropriately. /liliPerform other duties as assigned. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in animal science, veterinary medicine, agriculture, or related field, or equivalent experience. /liliAvailability for extensive travel in the designated area. /liliMinimum 1 year of related experience in the feed industry. /liliGood command of English. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulli1-3 years of related experience in technical consulting within the feed industry, preferably in the ruminant sector. /liliAbility to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments. /liliStrong relationship-building and customer-centric solutions skills. /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to relate comfortably with diverse groups. /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pWe offer a fast-paced, international environment that challenges your abilities and nurtures your talents.
