Inside Account Representative: Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, as well as managing relationships with channel partners and end users.
You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to build a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate with system integrators, VARs, and resellers to deliver value-driven solutions and strengthen our market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Generating and qualifying leads through both inbound and outbound channels
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure sales readiness and meet growth objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of account management experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in the IT Hardware sector, with knowledge of the rugged market
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent verbal and written skills, including business-level English proficiency
Nice to Have
* Proven success communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical audiences
* Self-driven and well-organized, with a proactive approach to learning and personal development
* Experience with internal sales distribution and forecasting systems
* Prior experience in a position that interfaces with internal company business units, HQ business units, and 3rd party business partners
Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
