Introduction
Shimano Italy is looking for a trainee to work in our sales department. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn and grow as you will be supporting the Sales Manager in the follow-up of the sales process. You coordinate the order information process regarding status, payments, and shipping. This will be in line with the requests of the customer and the requirements of the Sales Manager. You are responsible for the administration of orders and invoices, and you take care of the coordination and follow-up on logistics of all placed orders for our distributors.
The Challenge
1. You will support customer for order setting.
2. You will receive and verify orders input order.
3. You will be managing order changes.
4. You will be responsible to create and send order status.
5. You will follow payments.
6. You will create reports and manage shipments.
7. Manage B2 B orders.
8. You will manage inventory & warehouses control.
What are we looking for?
9. Currently studying sales /marketing.
10. This internship is for a duration of 6 months.
11. Good communicator in Italian & English both verbally and in writing.
12. Knowledge of MS Excel must have.
13. You are analytical and critical.
14. You are willing to learn.
15. You are proactive and willing to work in a team.
16. You are working carefully with an eye for detail.
