We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior HR Advisor (Intern) who is eager to start a career in Human Resources and join our Milan office. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and support wide range of HR activities, gaining exposure to the full HR lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Support the HRBPs in setting up onboarding activities for new joiners (documentation, welcome materials, system inputs) Maintaining and updating the internal HR database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR operations, including updating documentation and tracking HR activities. Provide support to HRBPs for employees and managers on general HR queries, ensuring requests are addressed or escalated appropriately. Provide support to HRBPs during performance management cycles, including tracking timelines and preparing related documentation Support the maintenance of HR systems by updating employee information and ensuring data accuracy in compliance with company policies and GDPR.
