Basic Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a Back Office Specialist who will support the Back Office Coordinator in all the activities related to the department.
What Makes Up Your Day
As a Back Office Specialist, you will work closely with the product team, ensuring the collection is developed in compliance with quality standards and planned timelines.
In This Role, You Will
* Participate in design handover meetings with Designers and the Product Manager to define prototypes (outerwear, leatherwear, denim, jersey)
* Coordinate and transfer information to the departments involved in the production cycle
* Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, including orders, negotiations, and sourcing of fabrics and accessories
* Monitor order progress across all stages: prototyping, sampling, fashion show, shooting, pre-production, and special events
* Responsible for coding of materials and products, creation of item master data, and definition of bills of materials
* Coordinate the warehouse and Quality Assurance (AQF) for shipments and material quality control
* Support pattern makers and subcontractors, supervision of prototypes
* Participate in fittings and management of prototype modifications
* Manage activities in compliance with deadlines, ensuring accuracy, flexibility, and a problem‑solving mindset
What Makes You, Makes Our Team
Role
* At least 3/5 years of experience in similar roles
* High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ability to work in highly dynamic environments and respond quickly to change
* Strong attention to details
* Passion for the fashion industry (no specific technical knowledge of product development or garment construction is required)
* Fluent in English is a plus
* Availability to travel to Milan
