About the Job: As IT Project Manager for the manufacturing area you will be responsible to manage IT projects end to end, from the projects definition to the go-live, managing and coordinating the functional and technical teams, internally and externally. You will report directly to the Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager. Key responsibilities: - Analyse and collect the business requirements for the Manufacturing functions, to have a good understanding of business/manufacturing processes and transfer the same knowledge to the IT development team - Support and to manage the project team - Manage the budget of the project and the tracking of all the change requests - Interview the business project team, to analyse documents, organize workshops, surveys, visiting sites, developing business processes using task flow analysis and work-flow analysis - Manage the process of change requests in compliance with IT methodology - Provide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the solution to meet customer’s business needs - Support and train the Key Users and the End Users on system functionalities Key requirements: - Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering. - Project Management certifications will be considered as a plus - At least 3-5 years of experience in similar role, within a complex multinational environment - Deep understanding of manufacturing processes - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with the attitude to proactively solve problems - Self starter and self-motivated with excellent time management and organization skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
