**Plant Logistics Manager.
**The selected individuals will be integrated into the structure of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain function with the aim of improving internal and external logistics processes, rationalizing warehouse inventories, and streamlining supplies to production lines through collaboration with central functional areas.Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes and coordinating both inbound and outbound flows;
* Analyzing productionsupply logics to reduce the material transit time from warehouse to production, particularly by addressing non-value-added activities;
* Reducing material picking costs;
* Reducing WIP in processing areas, ensuring that exactly what needs to be processed arrives;
* Eliminating indirectactivities performed by direct production operators.
**Education:
** Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent
**Required Experience Level:
** Expert (3-5 years)
**Technical Knowledge and Skills
*** Organizational structure, main responsibilities, and processes
* Competence in product lifecycle management;
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
* Knowledge of WCM logistics pillar concepts
