DXC Technology is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
Description
* Knowledge to solve complex business issues
* Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
* Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
* Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
* Lead requirements management and change management processes.
* May provide mentoring and guidance to younger employees.
* Combine industry expertise with a thorough understanding of information technology to develop innovative business solutions.
* Promote and direct process improvement activities and training of peers and clients.
Qualifications/Technical Skillset
* Determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation.
* Decomposition of high-level information into details;
* Defining and managing scope and client expectations, requirements change management and traceability;
* Classifying prioritizing requirements; Object Oriented techniques using UML models;
* Applying creativity/ innovation to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively;
* Effective verbal/ written communication; preparing and delivering effective presentations;
* Function Point counting; survey design and execution; statistical analysis;
* Visualization modeling; Business rules modeling; develop and executing acceptance test plans.
Requirements
* Experience in Public Sector.
* IIBA CBAP™ (or equivalent) certification obtained.
* Technical degree or equivalent cultural level
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar roles
* Mandatory fluency in Italian and English
