(Visiting fairs and conferences, connecting with industry associations). /p pConduct QHSE regulatory monitoring and welcome external partners: occupational health, insurance experts, verification and certification bodies during audits and/or inspections. /p pLeading the QHSE team and represent the LE in the PPN QHSE team. Manage the workload/capacity of the QHSE Team, coordinate the planned activities to avoid interferences. /p pAling roles and responsibilities of the team based on global definitions (organization review, job description updates with HR). /p pDevelopment and implementation of regular training and awareness initiatives on QHSE issues.
