Key Responsibilities
* Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and alignment with practices.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
* Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize capital structure.
* Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team, including redefining roles and responsibilities.
* Process Improvement: Implement practices in financial processes, systems, and controls.
* Strategic Projects: Support potential restructuring, new business divisions, and international expansion.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive business performance.

Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in finance leadership roles, ideally as CFO or senior finance manager in an international or complex environment.
* Background: Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and compliance for multi-entity structures.
* Skills: Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
* Language: Fluent in Italian and English.
* Location: Based in Northwestern Italy, with regular travel as required.
* Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
