Coordinare l’assistenza domiciliare (senza fornirla direttamente) insieme al Responsabile Wellness. Essere il punto di contatto per le famiglie e monitorare quotidianamente il benessere dei residenti. Supervisionare le visite da parte di amici, familiari e assistenti, assicurando sempre rispetto e ordine. Garantire precisione e puntualità nelle pratiche amministrative (pre‑conto, fatture, pagamenti). Interagire costantemente con i residenti per raccogliere feedback e proporre miglioramenti. /li liTeam work: Contribuire a un ambiente di lavoro positivo, collaborativo e innovativo. Condividere apertamente osservazioni e feedback con il leadership team, per migliorare insieme l’esperienza dei residenti e la qualità del servizio. /li liRispetto e conformità alle regole: Assicurare il rispetto di tutte le normative legali, di sicurezza e degli standard del brand Guild Living. Requirements - Experience: 3–5 years in similar roles within hospitality or senior living environments. - Languages: Fluent in Italian with good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus. - Empathy: Strong listening skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make others feel well and happy. - Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the senior living sector and a desire to help redefine what it means to live well at every age.
