Our Guest Service\nSupport Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make\nsure food and beverage operations run smoothly. Whether setting tables,\nassisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, the\nGuest Service Support Expert provides the support that make transactions feel\nlike part of the experience. No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to\nsuccess – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures,\nupholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and\ncommunications are professional. Guest Service Support Experts will be on their\nfeet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over\nsloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually\nverify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry,\npush, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without\nassistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees,\nincluding bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well\n(and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service\nSupport Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every\ntime. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Previous experience in a\nfood and beverage environment preferred. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
