In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide to implement cutting-edge HR tools and streamline existing processes. The Role: - HR Operations & Systems Management: Manage HR systems and employee data, ensuring seamless and efficient functionality across platforms. - Leadership in HR Processes: Lead key HR processes, system configurations, and data analysis to strategically enhance HR operations. - Process & Tool Development: Design and implement innovative processes, digital tools, and reporting systems to elevate HR management and optimize employee data workflows. - HRIS System Leadership: Oversee the full HRIS system implementation lifecycle, including testing, configuration, security administration, reporting, post-go-live optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. - HRIS Support & Training: Provide ongoing support for HRIS systems, including needs analysis, design, testing, quality control, deployment, and training for HR end users in areas such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance evaluation, and employee data management. - Process Optimization: Develop, document, and maintain efficient HRIS workflows to ensure compliance and enhance functionality. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and other teams to resolve HRIS-related issues and implement system enhancements. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Own HR data analysis, including workforce efficiency, compensation, turnover rates, survey results, and budgets, while defining and implementing HR KPI dashboards and reports. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology. Experience: - 2 years in HRIS and HR analysis (advantage). - Familiarity with HR technology and HRIS platforms (advantage). - Background in a global environment. Technical Skills: - Strong familiarity with information systems, including HR systems and BI tools. - Expertise in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills essential. Skills & Competencies: - Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. - High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information. - Ability to work independently, creatively solve problems, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Resourceful, highly analytical, and tech-savvy, with a knack for innovative thinking. - Team player with excellent fluency in English—both verbal and written (all training materials are in English).
