We’re looking for a Project Management / PMO professional, working closely with operations and management teams on a critical industrial project.
Location: Catania (100% onsite)
Mode: Full‑time
Contract: Freelance
✈️ Travel: Yes (to Catania)
Must be based in Italy – No sponsorship available
Your Role
With a focus on Linea Celle, you will play a key role in ensuring coordination, visibility, and execution across multiple teams. You’ll be the point of reference for tracking actions, preparing management-level insights, and driving structured progress.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage diagnosis working groups
Track corrective actions and monitor progress
Prepare summary reports and executive presentations for the Operations Director
Define and manage action plans and re‑entry plans
Collect and consolidate inputs for assessing solution implementation
Ensure alignment, deadlines, and delivery across stakeholders
️ Required Skills
Mandatory:
Experience in a PMO or complex project management support role
Strong ability to coordinate multifunctional teams
Excellent skills in tracking, reporting, and action follow‑up
Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations
Confidence in working with management-level stakeholders
Structured, goal‑oriented mindset with strong ownership of deadlines
Nice to Have:
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with continuous improvement and problem‑solving methodologies
Knowledge of project management and reporting tools (advanced Excel, PM tools)
Languages
Italian: Native / Fluent
English: Good (B2–C1) – required for documentation and communication
