In the IT Financial Services Credit and Commercial lending perimeter, the candidate manages autonomously the implementation of new IT platforms and ensures support and continuous improvements to the existing IT landscape, in line with the expected SLAs. The candidate manages the relationship with the Financial Services business process owners. Manage the relationship with the business process owners and IT software suppliers. Be the primary IT point of contact for implementation and control of application software changes. Assure Financial Services business process expertise and guidance on related systems. Conduct feasibility studies for new tools implementations. Investigate and recommend improvements to existing systems and operation methods to provide integration, standardization, and conversion of new systems in line with company and group strategy. Analyze current programs, systems, procedures, and practices with emphasis on continuous improvements. Plan, design, test, document, and implement complex system enhancements or new systems according to specifications and company standard by handling constraints in terms of timing, budget, and resources (both internal and IT software suppliers). Ensure compliance with both IT Quality internal processes and recommendations received by external Regulators, Auditors etc. Manage the performance and relationship with external IT suppliers. Regularly communicate with Financial Services business counterparts, IT colleagues, IT suppliers Requirements: Required: 3 years Capital (Financial services, banking) business process knowledge 3 years of working experience with SAP; preferable with CML, FSCM & FI modules. Minimum 5 years of work experience in all phases of software implementation (requirements, design, development, testing, support). University degree in related field or equivalent experience. Proficient with MicroSoft365 tools and computer skills. Project Management solid backgrounds. Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical colleagues. Willingness to learn new IT systems/platforms and upskilling. Preferred: General knowledge of functioning of web applications (APIs, web services, etc.). ITIL processes knowledge. Experience/knowledge of business reporting / analytics. Databases knowledge. Agile methodology knowledge.
