brWe are currently seeking a Training Manager to join our Italian subsidiary based in Udine. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the national training strategy, ensuring excellence in knowledge development and brand education, and driving commercial performance through impactful, consistent, and market-aligned training initiatives across Italy.

brDefine and lead the training strategy aligned with the brand vision, positioning and business objectives in the Italian market.
brDesign, develop and implement the annual training plan and specific training programs for launches, events and strategic initiatives.
brCreate and adapt training content in different formats (face-to-face, digital and blended learning).
brEnsure proper follow-up and evaluation of active training plans within each Business Unit.
brTrain and develop the local training team to guarantee homogeneous implementation across the territory.
brIdentify training needs and propose improvement actions to increase efficiency and commercial impact.
brMonitor and measure training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations and follow-up of training actions.
brCollaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure training initiatives support product sell-out and business growth.
brEnsure proper reporting and tracking of training activities and results.

brPrevious experience in a Training Manager, Senior Trainer or similar leadership role.
brStrong experience in designing and implementing training strategies and programs.
brBackground in the cosmetics, professional aesthetics or related industry is highly valued.
brAnalytical skills and experience working with KPIs to measure training impact.
brHigh level of English for interaction within an international environment.
brAvailability to travel within the assigned territory.
