Develop and deploy a new set of tools for financial analyses on primary and secondary logistics performance to improve data visibility and enable informed business decisions. The role involves high exposure to top management, strong analytical skills, environmental awareness, and the ability to influence while acting as a reliable business partner driving actions and supporting strategy. /ph3Managerial Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop harmonized reporting for Business and Finance Leadership /liliDrive process improvement in the Logistic Area in cooperation with the Central Logistic team /liliEnsure accurate representation of Logistic costs in product cost for new and existing products /liliCollaborate with Markets, Product Lines and central team to identify areas for improvement and productivity actions /liliGuarantee visibility to the corporation about Logistics performance /li /ulh3Controlling Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport Controlling and Reporting activities; provide visibility of performances on primary and secondary logistic costs to the Logistic team and broader organization /liliMonth End Closure (MEC) Reporting Process: Logistic variances; Monthly forecast /liliCoordinate Budget process and Logistics Standard costs calculation /liliDrive visibility on business opportunities through one-off analyses and business cases /liliEnable tracking of business performance versus Target /liliEnsure C-SOX requirements adherence and full compliance to group policies /liliDevelop clear guidelines and internal policies to drive standardization of tools and processes /liliCoordinate the resource in charge of transfer price calculation /li /ulh3Supporting Role /h3ulliProvide cross-functional support and guidance to Group integrated supply chain controller /liliParticipate in regular meetings supporting logistic transformation /liliParticipate in cross-functional meetings to support the finance transformation journey /li /ulh3What you need to succeed /h3pbMust have /b /ppuEducation: /u University degree in Economics, Engineering management /ppuProfessional experience: /u Integrated Supply Chain controlling experience +5 years, international profile (ideally) /ppuTechnical Skills: /u /pulliGood knowledge of accounting and a 360-degree understanding of procurement, logistics and manufacturing operations /liliGood knowledge of internal control setup /liliAbility to simplify complex processes and drive implementation /liliGood knowledge of Excel, SAP, HFM (preferred), Data warehousing, Oracle EPM suite /li /ulpuSoft Skills: /u /pulliStrong leadership skills to drive execution /liliStrong functional independence and ability to partner with stakeholders /liliStrong resilience, ability to challenge status quo, initiate and drive continuous change /liliManagement Experience in a Multinational Environment (strongly recommended) /liliManagement Experience in Manufacturing Environment (Preferred) /liliGood interpersonal and networking skills within the finance function and broader team /liliAbility to operate in a matrix organization /liliResults-oriented, proactive, solution-focused /liliExcellent organizational and planning skills /liliWillingness to evolve within an international finance community /li /ulpuLanguage: /u English and Italian (required).
