Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Client's Music Streaming Platform Department! In this exciting junior role' you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking users' providing exceptional support and assistance regarding their music streaming experience. Your language skills will enable you to connect effectively with clients and help them make the most out of our platform.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone' email' and chat
- Assist users with questions related to music streaming' account management' and platform features
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address user feedback and improve service quality
- Provide information about new features and updates to enhance user experience
- Engage in training sessions to remain updated on platform changes
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English' both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support' preferably in the music or digital content sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
