Experteer Overview In this role, you manage the broker relationship in Milan and drive portfolio growth across all lines of business to generate profitable results. You align with the Group and local strategy to hit Allianz Commercial targets and collaborate with underwriting to deliver client solutions. You will lead cross-functional efforts to win new business, retain existing clients, and ensure top service levels with brokers. This position offers international exposure and a chance to shape broker distribution strategy.
Responsibilities Manage brokers to acquire new business and grow the portfolio
Communicate local business strategy to external stakeholders
Drive achievement of financial targets
Monitor and optimize the existing portfolio
Collaborate with Underwriting to secure best client solutions
Execute cross-selling initiatives
Partner with Operations to ensure excellent broker service
Focus on new business while retaining existing clients
Qualifications Master in Law or Economics
3-5 years of proven Insurance Sales experience focused on Brokers or broker sales
Leadership skills
Market knowledge on Corporate Clients
Ability to engage with Brokers (including global ones)
Experience in driving selling projects (preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication
Ability to work in an international organization
Willingness to travel
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and other collaboration tools; basic data reporting
