Responsibilities:
* Desktop and Laptop Support Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues for desktops and laptops
* Peripheral Devices Experience with printers scanners and other peripheral devices
* Operating Systems Expertise in Windows macOS and Linux operating systems
* Active Directory Managing user accounts groups and permissions
* Group Policy Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects GPOs for security and configuration management
* Remote Management Using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM and Intune for remote management and software deployment
* Microsoft 365 Proficiency in Microsoft Teams SharePoint OneDrive and other Office 365 applications
* Video Conferencing Experience with tools like Zoom Cisco Webex and Google Meet
* Unified Communications Knowledge of unified communication platforms like Skype for Business and Slack
* MDM Solutions Proficiency in using MDM tools like Microsoft Intune AirWatch or MobileIron
* BYOD Policies Implementing and managing Bring Your Own Device BYOD policies
