Ittella Italy, a leading multinational in the frozen food industry, is looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist to expand its operations.
About the Role
The position is open to someone fluent in English, preferably with a couple of years of experience in a medium-sized company. After an initial training period, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing service/support requests from various customers (American large-scale retail). The position will be based on-site, and due to the time difference with the United States, working hours will be flexible.

* Management and system updating of customer orders
* Order tracking
* Document management
* Management of customer requests
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration/Management Engineering
* Minimum work experience (preferred)
* Fluent English
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Precision and accuracy in data management
* Familiarity with the use of IT systems to manage operational activities and processes (Excel)
