Ph3Overview /h3 pThe Stock Manager / Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Plant inventory levels. The role combines hands-on operational stock control with analytical responsibilities and works closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Quality, Customer Service, PBOM, Engineering, and Finance to support manufacturing continuity and performance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support manufacturing operations to optimize inventory levels and continuously improve inventory accuracy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the calendarized counting program, coordinating physical inventory counts with warehouse operations and analyzing discrepancies to identify and fix root causes. /li liSupport the execution of the annual physical inventory, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. /li liAnalyze and resolve workflow anomalies related to missing or incorrect Goods Receipts and ensure timely corrective actions. /li liMonitor and manage daily negative stock situations, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to inventory governance rules and internal controls, and take full responsibility for achieving plant targets as measured by the negative stock KPI. /li liInvestigate and resolve SAP inventory anomalies, including COGI postings, ZIV errors, and other system inconsistencies impacting material availability and financial accuracy. /li liAnalyze obsolete, excess, and slow-moving inventory, defining, implementing, and leading action plans in collaboration with Purchasing, Customer Service, PBOM, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Controlling to minimize write-offs and improve inventory turns. /li liReview and challenge inventory planning parameters, including Minimum Order Quantity, Supplier Delivery Frequency and Safety Parameters, and lead actions to reduce stock levels while reaching the targeted service levels. /li liSupport warehouse operations by investigating inventory discrepancies and driving continuous improvements in inventory accuracy. /li liMaintain and update SAP master data and Click in alignment with inventory policies and governance standards. /li liConduct training sessions and audits on inventory processes, controls, and best practices. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Suppliers, Production, Quality, Engineering, Controlling, Project Management, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure end-to-end inventory accuracy and optimization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the role within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred). /li liProficiency in SAP (Master Data, MM, PP, LE modules) and Click software. /li liAdvanced level of English (spoken and written). /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAccountability: demonstrates strong ownership of responsibilities and results, ensuring commitments are met and performance targets are achieved. /li liAnalytical Thinking: strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. /li liCommunication: excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. /li liAdaptability: comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities under pressure. /li liAttention to Detail: high level of accuracy in managing data and processes. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
