About this opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Authority Expert in the Operation environment.
Your role will include both technical and coordination role for Fiber delivery process in Operation environment, manage tickets, deploy software installation and help Service Delivery manager to plan activity for the project.
The official language is Italian and it is requested to live in Italy.

What you will do
1. Manage general technical Software faults
2. Prioritize ticket backlog according to the needs of the moment
3. Prioritize daily activities
4. Keep Service Delivery Manager updated periodically
5. Share information in customer TRs escalations and meetings
6. Collaborate with all operation teams
7. Drive operation problem solving
You will bring
8. Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Telecommunication engineering or related field
9. Capacity to lead a team
10. Capacity to interact with other teams
11. Technical Knowledge:
12. Red Hat OpenShift onCloud e onPREM
13. Tibco
14. Weblogic
15. Postgress
16. Service Now
17. XML
18. SQL

Competences of extra value:
21. Experience in Data Manipulation/ETL
22. Knowledge of Java
23. Knowledge of Python
24. Experience in Product Scheduler (such ad $Universe)
