Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technical support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in user support and a passion for troubleshooting and solving technical issues across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
- Support users onsite and remotely.
- Ensure system security and data backup.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
