The responsibilities are the following: Answer inquiries about our products, help choose what's best for the customer; Constantly research our new products and offers to be able to effectively and efficiently help our customers with their offers; Make outbound warm calls to customers who have required assistance and to those having inquiries about made purchases; Other office duties as assigned. Position Qualifications: Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing work circumstances; Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills; Customer service based attitude; High level of organizational abilities; Strong experience managing calendars and communication; Strong ability to understand and follow detailed oral and written instruction; High school diploma or equivalent required.
