Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all HR Administration is well maintained according to local regulations. Be a champion for all HR directives, initiatives, and our culture.
* Work collaboratively providing support to the HR, People & Culture members.
* Provide day-to-day HR operational support to functions within the local and EMEA organisation.
* Ensure consistency with the application of processes, policies, procedures to comply with local employment law and business needs.
* Collaborate closely with employees at all levels to ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment.
Tasks:
* Support the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
* Manage payroll administration.
* Keep the Employee Handbook up to date.
* Create and maintain accurate employee records.
* Contribute to developing and improving HR processes, routines, and tools.
* Handle administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, supporting probation and performance reviews.
* Support welfare initiatives for employees.
* Assist in recruitment processes.
* Drive ad-hoc HR projects.
* Support HR reporting and metrics creation.
* Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
* Manage and schedule training courses for STACK Italy employees.
* Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
* Ensure quality service following organizational standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
* Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
This role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote weekly.
