You collaborate with designers and researchers to generate innovative ideas and simplify experiences across Amazon. You are responsible for relentlessly advocating for best-in-class CX. You use design expertise (user interface design, branding, interaction models, prototypes, etc.) to create data-informed design solutions. You generate and synthesize diverse types of data to improve products and features. /ppbKey job responsibilities /b /pulliWork design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration. /liliDefine, develop, and socialize the vision for innovative new solutions. /liliWork across multiple organizations to identify overlaps and efficiencies in design and product thinking. /liliUse data and customer insights to confidently defend design solutions with senior leaders. /liliPromote collaboration and facilitate communication with stakeholders across diverse disciplines and geographies. /liliFoster a customer-obsessed design culture by sharing best practices and influencing product strategy. /liliUse business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. /liliUse systems-level design thinking to drive design solutions that scale. /liliDevelop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity /liliKnowledge of usability principles and techniques /liliHave an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices /liliExperience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar /liliExperience communicating and presenting to senior leadership /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps /liliExperience designing customer facing retail products /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
