PpWe are currently recruiting a talented Trainee Lawyer or an experienced Lawyer to join our Litigation team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international financial sanctions and export control and, as a strong asset, a background in civil and commercial disputes. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvising clients on international financial sanctions and export control matters /li liSupporting clients, including leading banks and private corporations, in their day‑to‑day compliance with EU and OFAC sanctions programs /li liAssisting with legal research and analysis on sanctions and regulatory developments /li liSupporting the assessment of legal and compliance risks /liliDrafting legal documents, including memoranda and client communications /li liAssisting the team in commercial and civil litigation matters /li liSupporting clients in disputes and pre‑contentious matters /li liWorking closely with senior professionals on complex domestic and cross‑border matters /li liKeeping track of legal and regulatory developments relevant to clients' activities /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liItalian qualified lawyer with great academic results /li liWe do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies.
