We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team and tackle high-impact problems in the renewable energy space. Rather than looking for someone tied to a specific framework or domain, we’re seeking an engineer with a strong understanding of software fundamentals, experience building production-grade systems, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You write clean, maintainable code, think in terms of scalability and reliability, and are comfortable making technical decisions.
Full remote (only freelance consultancy agreements)
Design, develop, and maintain a world-class renewable energy management system, handling tens of gigawatts of power worldwide
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write high-quality code and contribute to building complete systems ( backend and frontend ), not just isolated components.
Work alongside exceptional developers, learning and sharing knowledge every day.

We work on highly complex projects that require strong technical expertise, ownership, and close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (software, control, automation, operations).

We consider both permanent employment and freelance consultancy agreements, depending on the candidate’s profile and project needs. The contract type and compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience, seniority, and skills.
