During this 6 months internship you will collaborate with the Knitwear Production Planning team, ensuring alignment between market demand and the company's production capacity. Job responsibilities Particularly, you will be involved in the following activities: Support the team in monitoring the arrival of materials, promptly identifying any deviations or delays compared to the launch plan and actively collaborate with the Purchasing Department to resolve critical issues Collaborate with the Industrialization and Production team to monitor the progress of production releases, ensuring that the production of new items occurs within the required timelines to guarantee on-time delivery Monitor production progress in collaboration with the dedicated team, participating in dedicated periodic meetings for the analysis and optimization of the production flow Share updates on production progress with the Planning HQ team Take part in the planning of "Permanent" products production using the company's Planning tool, effectively balancing the need for on-time deliveries while maintaining an optimal level of finished product stock Update the production plan in the Planning system bi-monthly, including delivery forecasts for future productions, to xivgfpx ensure accurate corporate reporting and stakeholder alignment Collaborate with IT and other relevant functions, both internal and external to the Supply Chain, for the refinement of planning processes and the updating/development of IT tools Profile Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel, Access and Power Point) Strong analytical skills with attitude to details and critical thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr
