- Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist with organizing and updating critical safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports, to maintain a high level of accuracy and organization.
- Help manage and monitor safety equipment, overseeing inventory levels, conducting regular checks, and maintaining up-to-date maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment is functioning optimally.
- Coordinate employee safety trainings and accurately track certifications, ensuring that all staff members possess the necessary qualifications to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections, utilizing data and findings to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in routine safety walks and inspections to actively identify potential risks and contribute to creating a safe working environment.
