Within the Climate research and Partnerships unit, we are looking for a Climate Project Coordinator.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Contribute framing of Climate mitigation and adaptation topics, including updates on market trends and peer-benchmarking analyses
Contributing to the assessment of risks/opportunities and impacts for Generali's insurance business related to Climate
Collaborate with Climate Hub units and other Group functions, ensuring content integration and coherent delivery
Manage the operational implementation of climate-related partnerships, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective governance, and coordination of workstreams
Facilitate day-to-day coordination with public and private partners, ensuring information flow, progress, and alignment across activities
Structure tracking systems, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to monitor partnership effectiveness and initiative progress
Prepare operational and strategic materials (briefings, presentations, concept notes, insight reports) to support internal and external meetings
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:2–5 years of experience in consulting or project/program management in complex environments, preferably in climate-related sectors
Strong project management, organizational, and operational autonomy skills
Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities, with strong content structuring skills
Additional preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of sustainability topics, climate resilience, and/or climate mitigation within an insurance context
Experience with public–private partnerships or multi-stakeholder programs
Soft Skills:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders
