Job Description
As an Event Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Manage group and event bookings from the moment of confirmation by the InHouse Mice Office; Manage the relationship with the guest from the moment of confirmation of the event until the collection of post-event feedback; Contribute to the perfect success of events within the structure, guaranteeing the full satisfaction and well-being of guests with a view to guaranteeing an excellent service in line with their personal and professional needs; Supervise the administrative activities linked to the realization of the event, including the related invoicing; Organize the logistics of the event, coordinating all the departments involved (Front Office, F&B etc...). Take care of internal digital communication.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 years experience in hotel sales
• Good communication and social skills
• Flexible and co-operative
• Good English skills
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
