Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Training Support Staff based in Monterotondo (RM), Italy. The person in charge will support training administrators in managing day-to-day operations that include coordinating resources / schedule, responding to queries, tracking inventory, monitoring training schedules, supervising examinations and processing training documentation. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Support training administrators in managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating resources and schedules.
* Respond to queries from instructors, students and staff.
* Track inventory and monitor training schedules.
* Supervise examinations and process training documentation.
* Manage multiple tasks with a strong emphasis on effective communication and delivering exceptional customer service.
* This position may require work during weekend days.
Qualifications
* Degree-level education
* Operations and Operations Management skills
* Analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service experience with a passionate and friendly approach
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
* Experience in or knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
* Excellent written / spoken knowledge of English and Italian; other languages a plus
