We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for anEvents Training Internto join our Events & Training team at our Innovation Center in Turin.
The candidate will join the Events & Training team, supporting the manager in the design, organization, and execution of training events and contributing across all operational phases, helping deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Your Day-to-day Activities
Support the logistical organization of training events (scheduling, venues, suppliers, materials)
Collaborate with internal business teams in the development of event concepts and the preparation of required equipment for events, trade fairs, product launches, and photo shootings
Liaise with external agencies to define staffing needs and coordinate materials
Assist in the preparation of training content and learning materials
Manage and update documentation related to courses and training activities
Support reporting activities and post-event feedback collection
Who We're Looking For
Available for a 6-month full-time internship starting July or September ****
Fluent in Italian and English
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Event Management or Marketing
Strong interest in events and training
Precise, organized with a team-oriented mindset
