Work Bolton Food - domain Industrial, Operations & Supply - schedule Permanent - location_on Aprilia, IT Replenishment Assistant - We are looking for a Replenishment Assistant to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy. - How you make the difference - You will collaborate with your manager for optimization of replenishment processes, managing the re-order of raw materials needed to meet production plans, optimizing stocks. - How your agenda looks like: - You will manage daily contacts with suppliers for the delivery of goods; - You will manage the level of raw material and material stocks in accordance with agreed parameters/production plans; - You will plan and manage shipments to foreign countries, all transfers to and from external warehouses/suppliers; - You will be responsible for the periodic reporting (e.g. raw materials stocks, pallet stocks); - You will collaborate in the analysis of the feasibility of sourcing for new products; - You will work with the QC team to manage blockages and unblockings of goods; - Your team: - You will become part of the Industrial Team in Aprilia Plant, reporting to the Replenishment Specialist.
