Key Responsibilities: Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service. Manage labour schedules within budget and forecast models. Develop and retain top talent through clear goals and career development. Implement and enhance training programs for staff growth and retention. Engage with guests, particularly about music, to enhance the experience. Qualifications: Proven experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Operations Manager role. Strong communication skills and business acumen. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency. Ability to present and communicate effectively to various stakeholders. Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
