The Procurement Team works closely with internal stakeholders, including other corporate functions such as Corporate Services, Finance, Operations, Tax, Legal and business teams, to ensure seamless and effective procurement support. The Category Procurement Expert for Workplace is accountable for the delivery of all Procurement services for Italy, Greece & Israel. This includes oversight of Category to Contract Execution, Procurement Operations Ventures & Acquisitions support, and Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Procurement Plus Workplace category at country level, aligning with global and regional strategies. Manages team performance and supports internal planning and execution. Drives category improvements and fosters collaboration across the Market Unit
- Oversee the Procurement Plus Workplace category at Market Unit/country level, coordinating with global and regional leads. Manages team performance, adapts to local legislative changes, and supports strategic planning. Ensure improvement plans and promote collaboration across the category community
- Manage supplier and customer relationships at regional level, aligning with global strategy. Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and gather feedback to improve supplier performance. Ensure stakeholder input is reflected in category strategy and sourcing processes
- Manage category strategy and sourcing for regional projects, including RFP creation, supplier selection, and negotiations. Collaborate with business units to optimize supplier base and implement KPIs. Supports supplier evaluation and classification, integrating market intelligence and best
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to the same role acquired in a multinational company with complex organizations in the area of Workplace (Facility management services), Real Estate Projects and Fit-outs
- Proven experience managing key internal or external client relationships with a strong track record of delivery satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, including cost savings and value creation, within complex service delivery environments. Strong financial acumen and understanding of commercial models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level governance, experience working in matrixed, global organizations with shared services models
- Recognized leadership in people development, team building, and fostering inclusive environments
- Degree with emphasis on the areas of business and economics, proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
