They are accountable to:
1. Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property, ensuring it is operating with excellence
2. Align with Hyatt’s core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property asset
3. With integrity and in alignment to develop talents, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience
Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments
Bring Hyatt’s values to life by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the hotel

Qualifications
4. Degree in Hotel Management or Business School
5. Experience in a similar property as Hyatt Centric Murano
6. Understanding of the Italian and European landscapes
7. Fluent in English, intermediate Italian can be considered
8. Ability to manage high-profile guests, and multicultural teams
9. Strong network in the travel industry
10. Upscale operational management & strategical mind set

Qualifications
14. Degree in Hotel Management or Business School
15. Experience in luxury hotel management, in a similar caliber property as Park Hyatt Milano
16. Understanding of the luxury segment and the Italian and European landscapes
17. Fluent in English, intermediate Italian can be considered
18. Ability to manage high-profile guests, and multicultural teams
19. Strong network in the luxury travel industry
20. Upscale operational management & strategical mind set
