Role description
The resource will be responsible for administrative-accounting management, with particular attention to the registration of passive invoices and compliance with tax deadlines and internal procedures. The ideal profile is a precise, organized and autonomous person, capable of managing his or her activities methodically, quickly and with a spirit of initiative, collaborating effectively with the team.
Key responsibilities
1. Registration of passive invoices in compliance with tax deadlines and deadlines for monthly and annual closings.
2. Verification of the correctness of customs and transport documents (DDT, bills, etc.), ensuring compliance with current regulations.
3. Entry and updating of data in the system, including VAT numbers, transport documents and transport documents.
4. Operational support to the administrative-accounting team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and timeliness in daily activities.
5. Collaboration with other company functions for the correct management of accounting and administrative flows.
Requirements
6. Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics of Accounting (preferred).
7. Previous experience in the role of accountant or administrative clerk.
8. Excellent knowledge of the SAP management system and the Office package (in particular Excel).
9. Knowledge of general accounting principles and tax regulations.
10. Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach, attention to detail and result orientation.
