Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare and file corporate tax compliance and monthly tax reporting.
- Provide proactive tax advice in corporate direct tax areas to business units.
- Support group projects and initiatives.
- Support the implementation and improvement of the Tax Control Framework.
- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Provide tax advice for M&A; transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in national and international tax matters.
- Experience in complex international environments (MNE or consulting firms).
- Strong knowledge of direct taxes, transfer pricing, and international tax law.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Law.
- Passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
