Job TitleTender & Contract Support (Temporary Contract)Job Description
Tender & Contract Support (temporary contract)
In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening the accuracy and reliability of our installed base data—one of the key pillars supporting our tendering, contracting, and commercial strategies. Your work ensures that Philips can respond to customer tenders with precision, uphold contractual obligations, and enable better long‑term decision‑making across the business.
Your role:
* You will join the Sales Back-Office team and collaborate closely with Tender, Sales, Service, and Operations teams. You'll interact with cross‑functional stakeholders across markets and Business Units to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a high-quality installed base mapping. Your role is central to a strategic clean-up project that requires strong coordination and a keen eye for detail.
* This includes the clean‑up and maintenance of SalesForce records, the management and continuous updating of the installed base while enabling stronger market insights and supporting tender and commercial strategies.
* You will develop expertise in CRM and asset lifecycle systems, sharpen analytical and stakeholder management skills, and gain insight into strategic commercial operations.
You're the right fit if you have:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
* Experience in contract administration, tender support, data management, sales operations, or another role involving accuracy, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
* Strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.
* You are proactive, structured, and comfortable working with large datasets.
* Experience with installed base mapping, asset tracking, or medical devices is a plus.
