For our Sales division in Milan, we are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist.
During your experience, you’ll be part of a dynamic and passionate team leading the most important innovations for the company. You’ll have visibility across all departments and contribute to your team’s achievements.
About the job
You’ll collaborate with several company departments (Sales, Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain) to develop your analytical skills and understand the competitive dynamics of the fresh dairy products market.
In detail, your responsibilities will include:
* Periodically analyze Sell-In and Sell-Out data
* Structure and provide periodic reports to support the sales force
* Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of in-store shopper marketing activities, including redemption analyses, collaborating with other functions, suppliers, and external agencies based on preliminary channel and store format analysis
* Manage and coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to points of sale and the sales team
* Design, implement, and monitor retail media and CRM initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing
* Support the sales team with materials, trade presentations, meetings, and tailored activation proposals
* Prepare and present canvassing materials to the sales force
* Assist in developing Trade Marketing and Marketing plans
About You
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within FMCG companies.
You should have a solid commercial vision, relationship-oriented mindset, proactivity, strong teamwork and collaboration skills, excellent organizational skills, process orientation, and the ability to analyze market data to generate insights. To succeed, you should also possess:
* A Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management Engineering
* Problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking
* A structured and analytical working style
* Relational skills and flexibility
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluency in English
