The company is a leading provider of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Monitoring Radar solutions worldwide. _ We are looking for an - Electronic Design Team Leader He/she will be leading and supporting a team of electronic engineers involved in the electronic design of Electromagnetic Locators, Interferometric and Ground Penetrating Radar equipment.- What we want you to do: - Ensures the quality of the performed efforts of the team - Manage the workload assigned to the team within the assigned resources - Organization of team’s work; it includes the setting of individual projects, goals and communications. It is the responsibility of the team leader to organize team meetings, topics of discussion and progress toward each goal. - Evaluation of employees’ performance - Planning of educational growth for the team (courses/training/conferences) - Compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and directions when working on customer / dealer / end user sites Desired Skills We would like to see: - Thorough knowledge and experience in the field of electronics is required; - Excellent knowledge of laboratory equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, O-Scopes, Network analyzers, power meters, etc; - Capability to technically support the team (gain a better understanding of the team members and of the challenges they may be facing); - Capability to empower the team by setting team goals (providing members with clarity on what they’re working towards and align with how they are contributing to the team and business success); - Capability to listen to the team members, communicate effectively with them in order to give feedback when this is required; - Strong analytical and problem solving skills; - Innovative, creative and open minded. - Proven working experience in a similar position - A relevant Master Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience - English: good skills on spoken and written It will be a plus: - Experience with radar equipment - Experience with computer based simulation or analysis - Experience with C/C++ language - Experience in radar signal processing Job Family - Engineering/Research and Development Employment Type - Professional City - Pisa
