We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The candidate will guarantee client satisfaction and maintain excellent relationship management beyond the project start-up phase.
What Will You Do?
* Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
* Manage production materials requests related to the project within the ERP system
* Handle budget transfers from sponsors and initiate pre-kickoff and kickoff activities
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create project schedules, risk plans, confirm POs, and track milestones
* Monitor and manage changes requested by customers
* Ensure deadlines are met
* Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adapt as needed
* Coordinate cooperation among departments, staff, and internal resources involved in the project
* Monitor costs and design risk mitigation plans
* Communicate with customers regarding project status, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Coordinate customer inspection visits, shipping, and invoicing instructions
* Oversee the closure of project punch lists before transferring to the service department
* Prepare regular project status reports, including during business trips (e.g., negotiations, coordination at the customer site)
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
* Perform other activities as agreed based on the work scope
Requirements & Qualifications...
* Degree or high school diploma, preferably in technical fields
* Previous experience as a Project Manager is a plus
* Proficient in MRP systems
* Strong analytical thinking
* Team-oriented
* Good organizational and presentation skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
