The role requires working knowledge of SAP logistics modules and the ability to perform standard system transactions to support inbound, outbound, inventory, and import/export activities. /p h3Compensation Location /h3 ul liSalary: €29,600.00 - €40,700.00 /li liLocation: Treviso, ITA /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview and understand internal metrics/KPIs and how daily tasks impact these metrics. /li liFollow and adhere to established business processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements which result in increased service level performance and/or minimize costs. /li liSupport compliance and control to Quality standards by adhering to documented work instructions and QMS operating procedures. /li liPerform warehouse receiving, shipping, and returns activities as required, including execution of related SAP transactions (e.g. goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers). /li liArrange domestic shipments to ensure down order deliveries achieve target goals. /li liPrevent and clean up excess material regularly, and transfer stock as required. /li liAssists in preparation of files for import/export documents such as customs declarations, (SLI) shippers letter of instruction, SED (shipper's export declaration), IC (import certificate), etc. required for the lawful completion of import/export activities. /li liAssists in ensuring that commercial and sales invoices are accurate in accordance with physical shipment and customer's SLI, quantities, value of goods, country of origin, and other regulatory requirements. /li liAssists in administration of efficient and economical movement of goods in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes. /li liMaintain accurate and timely logistics data in SAP systems, ensuring consistency between physical flows and system records. /li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 pThis position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. /p h3Functional Knowledge /h3 ul liDemonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline /li /ul h3Business Expertise /h3 ul liApplies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience /li /ul h3Leadership /h3 ul liNo supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution /li /ul h3Problem Solving /h3 ul liUses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments /li /ul h3Impact /h3 ul liHas limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines /li /ul h3Interpersonal Skills /h3 ul liExchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pTime Type: Full time. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
